See Rolling Stone’s Top 10 Most Anticipated Tours Of 2012

I don’t know about you, but I prefer my music live! And this is going to be a huge year for concerts. With many big acts that haven’t toured recently, there’s a lot of anticipation out there! Which do you want to catch?
Per RollingStone.com, a Rolling Stones 50th anniversary tour also seems probable, though far from confirmed at the moment. They’ve added the Stone’s to their list anyway. Here are the results.
10. The Black Keys
9. The Red Hot Chili Peppers
8. Roger Waters
7. Black Sabbath
6. Rush
5. The Rolling Stones
4. Radiohead
3. Madonna
2. VanHalen
1. Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band
(Curiously, Coldplay didn’t make the cut…though they’ve just announced a Charlotte date – 4/17)
As of this writing, not much is known about Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band’s upcoming world tour. The elephant in the room, is how do you deal with ‘replacing’ the heart and sould of the band, Clarence Clemons. American dates haven’t been announced yet. Rolling Stone goes on to say ” We do know that they’re going to spend much of 2012 on the road in support of a new album, and American dates will likely kick off sometime in March. The Working On A Dreamtour in 2009 was sensational, so we have high hopes for this one. “
