Choose Water!

An easy and healthy way to save some money is by choosing to drink water instead of ordering a soft drink or iced tea when at lunch or dinner at a restaurant. Even though it’s a small savings of almost $2.00, that money adds up over time..especially if you’re like me and eat out for lunch during my work shift. Water is also a very healthy alternative to caffeinated beverages. I saw a study on a TV news program where if you drank one soft drink every day (without moderate exercise), then you would gain roughly 25 pounds in one year! So next time your at your favorite restaurant, choose water!…esp. since you can get all the endless free refills you want.
